There are many different Black Hills attractions out there to see. These are just a few of our favorites and the most popular.
Mount Rushmore National Monument

The Shrine of Democracy is an iconic and favorite Black Hills attraction. Towering high above the pine trees scattering the hillside, Mount Rushmore stands tall, gazing over the Black Hills as a symbol of truth and hope. It is a popular site to see and should not be missed if given the opportunity. An item on many peoples’ bucket list, Mount Rushmore welcomes people from all over the world yearly to witness the royal spectacle. It is definitely worth making a trip to with your entire private jet charter flight.
Crazy Horse Memorial

The Crazy Horse Memorial is a majestic monument that is still a work in progress. The monument depicts Crazy Horse, a man that was part of the Teton Sioux tribe in 1843. This tribute is grand to see and experience in person. Many people will often visit Crazy Horse after visiting Mount Rushmore, giving them a grand tour of Black Hills attractions.
Devils Tower

Devils Tower is a stately monument that can seem imposing from a distance, but is full of a unique history. This monolith has been towering over the northeastern Wyoming landscape for a millennia and is considered sacred to the Northern Plains Indians and various other tribes. Due to its formation, Devils Tower is one of the most popular areas for crack climbing and also offers numerous hiking opportunities for those not ready to scale its side.
The Mammoth Site

The Mammoth Site is one of the most popular Black Hills attractions that offer fun for all ages. Take a peek at some of the mammoths that were unearthed right here in the Black Hills. The site is still an active paleontological dig site, so people will likely be digging for more remains as you visit, giving you a unique view into the largest concentration of mammoth remains in the world. There are currently 61 mammoths on site, with three woolly mammoths.
Reptile Gardens

Reptile Gardens is one of the most unique Black Hills attractions that draws in private jet charter flights from around the country to come see. Reptile Gardens holds the Guinness Book of World Record for being the World’s Largest Reptile Zoo, housing more snakes, lizards, crocodiles, turtles, and other reptiles than any other zoo in the world. They put on numerous bird and snake shows throughout the day and is great for kids and adults alike.
Chapel in the Hills

The Chapel in the Hills is nestled in the middle of the Black Hills and attracts locals and tourists alike year round. It is an exact replica of the famous Borgund Stavkirke of Laerdal in Norway and offers a quiet retreat for those looking to gain some peace. The chapel was built in 1969 as the home for the Lutheran Vespers radio ministry and now is one of the Black Hills attractions that offers stunning views of the Black Hills.
The 1880 Train

The 1880 Train will give you one of the most scenic tours of the Black Hills you can get. The train winds itself through the towering pine trees, past famous landmarks, and gives you a taste of what life in the Black Hills is like. The breathtaking tour is a Black Hills attraction that even the locals love to partake in.
